Replacement / repair

In our shop, you will only find products that comply with high quality standards. You have twice the chance to check the product:

1. Shipping in Bulgaria – We work with Econt / Famous Bulgarian shipping company. They have a Service with which you can review, test  the ordered goods. You will pay after your personal approval.

2. After receiving the goods, you have 14 working days to return the mat any reason. You can return the items ONLY if they are not damaged or the damage is caused by wrong use, wrong assembly or installation, omission of maintenance or misuses. The return shipping fee is your liability.

3. We are not service, we do not repair goods. But if you need a replacement when item is brand new we are here at your disposal. If we have the same item, we will sent it again to you or you will receive your money back.

4. Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-sale able condition & include the documentation and original packaging. All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.
